Site Name: Ulsan Smart Farm (hereinafter referred to as “this site”)

Ulsan Smart Farm strives to improve web accessibility so that all users can access content regardless of their physical condition, environment, or device type. This site aims to adhere to the Act on Prohibition of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities and Remedies for their Rights, the Framework Act on National Information Technology (currently applicable regulations), and the Korean Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (KWCAG 2.1).

1. Accessibility Goals

  • Key information (experience guide, reservation, contact information, business introduction) is organized so that it can be accessed using only the keyboard.

  • Provide alternative text (alt) for images where possible.

  • Provide text descriptions to ensure that meaning is not conveyed through visual information alone.

  • Maintain readability by considering brightness contrast.

  • It allows you to view information on responsive screens such as mobile and tablet devices.

2. Current accessibility level

  • This site is built on Wix and takes advantage of Wix's built-in accessibility features (content structuring, title tags, image descriptions, form labels).

  • Some external services (such as maps, videos, and social media widgets) may not guarantee 100% accessibility.

3. Exceptions and Limitations

  • Experiential photos, promotional videos, and external embedded content may not meet all accessibility guidelines.

  • We plan to sequentially improve this service in the future.

If you experience any inconvenience while using accessibility, please let us know below and we will take action as quickly as possible.

  • National Information Technology-related Regulations (Public Institutions' Obligation to Comply with Web Accessibility)

  • For general private sites that are not administrative or public institutions, legal enforcement is low, but compliance may be required when participating in public projects.
