Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in using the website and related services operated by Ulsan Smart Farm (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Article 2 (Definition)

  1. “Service” refers to smart farm construction, experience, training, reservation, payment, inquiry response, etc. provided by the company.

  2. “User” refers to a person who accesses this site and uses the services provided by the company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  3. “Experience Program” refers to all farm experience services in which users pay a certain amount of money to participate.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Change of Terms and Conditions)

  1. These Terms and Conditions become effective upon posting on the Site.

  2. The Company may change the Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations, and will provide prior notice of any changes.

  3. Users may discontinue use if they do not agree to the changed terms and conditions.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

  1. The company provides the following services:
    ① Smart farm construction, education, experience, and reservation services
    ② Agricultural product and kit sales and delivery services
    ③ Provision of educational and promotional content

  2. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services for technical or operational reasons, and will notify you when such suspension occurs.

Article 5 (Membership Registration and Personal Information)

  1. Users must enter their personal information accurately to register as a member or make a reservation.

  2. The Privacy Policy applies separately from these Terms and Conditions.

Article 6 (Payment and Fees)

  1. Payment can be made by credit/check card, bank transfer, simple payment (Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, etc.), or on-site payment.

  2. The payment amount is based on the amount announced at the time of reservation and is displayed inclusive of VAT.

  3. The company complies with the payment gateway (PG) payment procedures, and payment-related information is encrypted and processed securely.

Article 7 (Cancellation/Refund Policy)

  1. Cancellation of experience reservation is possible up to 2 days prior to the experience date, and in this case, a full refund will be provided.

  2. If you cancel the day before or on the day of the experience, a refund will not be given due to the preparation of materials and allocation of personnel.

  3. If the event is cancelled due to the company's fault (bad weather, facility issues, etc.), a full refund will be given.

Article 8 (User Obligations)

  1. Users must not perform the following actions when using the service.

    • Entering false information

    • Stealing other people's information

    • Site hacking, causing system failure

    • Posting obscene or illegal content

  2. Violation may result in service use restrictions and legal liability.

Article 9 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. The copyright of content (photos, videos, text, etc.) produced by the company belongs to the company.

  2. Users may not copy or distribute content without the company's prior permission.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. The company is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or communication failures.

  2. We are not responsible for any problems caused by user negligence or input errors.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Disputes arising between the company and users shall be resolved through mutual agreement in principle.

  2. If no agreement is reached, the competent court shall be the Ulsan District Court.
