Article 1 (Purpose)

This policy is intended to protect customer rights and ensure fair transactions by clarifying refund, return, and cancellation procedures that may arise when using the online reservation and product sales services operated by Ulsan Smart Farm (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Article 2 (Scope of Application)

This policy applies to the following services and products:

  1. Smart Farm Experience Program Reservation

  2. Purchase products such as hydroponic kits, experiential learning tools, and agricultural products.

  3. Paid services provided by other companies

Article 3 (Experience Reservation Cancellation and Refund Regulations)

  1. Cancellation up to 2 days before the experience date → Full refund

  2. Cancellation 1 day before or on the day of the experience → No refund

  3. If the experience is canceled due to the company's fault (bad weather, facility inspection, operational issues, etc.) → Full refund

  4. For payments made via bank transfer or bank transfer, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Article 4 (Product Purchase Refund and Return)

  1. For delivered products (kits, agricultural products, etc.), returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  2. However, refunds and returns are not possible in the following cases.

    • If the product value is damaged after opening or use due to the customer's simple change of mind

    • Products that cannot be resold due to the passage of time, such as fresh food

    • Damage or deterioration of products due to customer negligence

  3. When requesting a return, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.

  4. In case of defective or incorrectly delivered products, a full refund or free exchange will be provided.

Article 5 (Refund Method)

  1. When paying by card → Refund through cancellation of approval by the same card company

  2. In case of bank transfer or deposit → Refund deposited to customer's account

  3. When paying on site → Cash refund after receipt confirmation

Article 6 (Cancellation and Refund Request Procedures)

  1. Customers can request cancellation/refund through the website inquiry, phone, or email.

  2. Please provide the following information when requesting:

    • Reservation name / Contact information / Payment date / Reason for refund

  3. The company will complete the refund within 5 business days after confirmation.

Article 7 (Consumer Protection)

The company complies with the Act on Consumer Protection in E-commerce, etc.
We comply with the “Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (Fair Trade Commission Notice).”
In case of a dispute, the company and the customer will negotiate in good faith, and if no agreement is reached,
It is under the jurisdiction of the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee or the Ulsan District Court, Ulju Branch.

Article 8 (Other Information)

  • Please request issuance of supporting documents such as cash receipts and tax invoices at the time of payment.

  • This policy may be subject to change without prior notice.
    Any changes will be announced on the website.
